Laurel Oak HOA is dedicated to improving the lives of our residents. Our pet owners need by the end of May to provide proof of current vaccinations, and a letter from a doctor if the dog is a service or emotional support animal.

Our annual tree trimmming will begin end of June/ beginning of July depending on weather. Those residents wanting to remove their tree in front of their home, we have negotiated a special price of $800. If you remove a tree it must be replaced with a 3 Palm tree by yourself or our tree removal company.
